ICHALLENGEI LEGAL
Privacy Policy
Last updated August 14, 2026
Your work is personal. This policy explains what iChallengei collects, why we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to ichallengei.com and the iChallengei services available through the site, including The Journal, The Discipline System, Ask The Standard, The Standard Path, The Standard Protocol, My Standard, and related media experiences. It does not govern third-party websites or services that have their own privacy policies.
2. Information We Collect
Account information
When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, display name, and password. Passwords are handled through the site’s authentication system and are not displayed to iChallengei administrators in readable form.
Optional profile information
If you choose to provide it, we may collect profile details such as your full name, date of birth, height, weight, and location.
Discipline and progress records
When you use iChallengei systems, we may store check-ins, goals, completion status, streaks, scores, Standard Path assessments, actions, reflections, weekly receipts, Standard Protocol records, ratings, saved Journal progress, and related activity needed to continue your experience.
Questions and content you submit
Questions submitted while signed in may be associated with your account so that you can return to your work. Guest questions are not saved to an account unless the interface tells you otherwise.
Technical and analytics information
Like most websites, we may automatically receive device and browser information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, referring pages, pages viewed, interaction events, and cookie or similar identifiers. We use Google Analytics and related Google measurement tools to understand site use and performance.
Communications
We receive information when you contact us, request a password reset, or use another support or account feature. Transactional messages, including an account-deletion receipt, may be delivered through Resend or another email service provider.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- create, secure, and maintain your account;
- save your work and provide continuity across visits and devices;
- operate The Discipline System and other iChallengei experiences;
- answer requests and provide support;
- send essential account and security communications;
- measure performance, diagnose problems, and improve the site;
- protect users, iChallengei, and the integrity of the services; and
- comply with applicable law.
4. Cookies and Measurement
iChallengei and its service providers may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for sign-in, preferences, security, performance, and analytics. Essential storage supports security, accounts, and features you request. Optional analytics storage is used only according to the choice made through the site’s cookie controls.
You may reopen Cookie Settings from the site footer or control cookies through your browser. Blocking essential storage may prevent account or progress features from working correctly.
5. How We Share Information
We may share only the information reasonably needed with vendors that help us host, secure, measure, support, and communicate through the services. Those providers may include website hosting and infrastructure providers, Google measurement services, and Resend for transactional email.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or support a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of all or part of the business. Any successor would remain responsible for the information under applicable law.
iChallengei does not sell personal information for money. We also do not use private discipline records for third-party advertising.
6. Health and Fitness-Adjacent Information
Some optional profile details, goals, check-ins, or reflections may relate to fitness, nutrition, mood, or personal discipline. iChallengei uses this information to provide the experience you request. iChallengei is not a healthcare provider, and the services are not intended to create or maintain medical records. Do not submit medical information that is unnecessary for your use of the services.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, maintain security and records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary according to the type of information and why it was collected. We may anonymize information so that it can no longer reasonably identify you.
8. Account Deletion
You may permanently delete your connected iChallengei account through the available account controls. The confirmation flow provides a clear warning before deletion. Once confirmed, deletion is intended to be immediate and irreversible, and a receipt is sent to the email address registered to the account.
Deleted information may remain temporarily in encrypted backups, security logs, or records that must be retained for legal reasons. Those copies are not restored for ordinary use and are removed or isolated according to applicable retention practices.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No website, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for using a strong, unique password and protecting access to your account.
10. Children’s Privacy
iChallengei accounts and interactive systems are intended for people age 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so that we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.
11. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may update available profile details in your account, delete your account through the provided controls, manage cookies in your browser, or contact us with a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
12. Third-Party Links
The site may link to third-party websites, media platforms, or services. Their privacy practices are controlled by their own policies. Review those policies before providing information to a third party.
13. International Use
iChallengei is operated from the United States. If you use the services from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or other places where service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards and law.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the services or legal requirements change. The revised date will appear at the top of the page. When a change is material, we may provide additional notice when appropriate.
