ICHALLENGEI LEGAL

Terms & Conditions

Last updated August 14, 2026

These terms establish the agreement between you and iChallengei when you use the site and its systems.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using ichallengei.com or an iChallengei service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use an interactive iChallengei system. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.

3. Accounts and Security

Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials confidential, and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. We may require password or identity verification steps to protect the account.

4. The iChallengei Services

The services may include The Journal, The Discipline System, Ask The Standard, The Standard Path, The Standard Protocol, My Standard, music, videos, and related features. These experiences are designed for education, reflection, accountability, and personal discipline. Features may differ depending on whether you are signed in and may evolve over time.

5. Important Health and Professional Disclaimer

iChallengei provides educational and motivational content. It is not medical care, mental-health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, nutrition counseling, or an emergency service. The services do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Consult a qualified professional before acting on information when your health, safety, finances, or legal rights may be affected. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

You are responsible for choosing actions suitable for your abilities and circumstances. Stop any physical activity that causes pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms and seek appropriate professional help.

6. Ask The Standard

Ask The Standard provides informational responses based on the question and available iChallengei material. Responses may be incomplete, mistaken, or unsuitable for a particular situation. They do not replace professional judgment or create a confidential professional-client relationship. You remain responsible for evaluating and acting on any response.

7. Your Submissions and Records

You retain ownership of original content you submit, such as questions, reflections, or progress records. You grant iChallengei a limited license to host, process, display back to you, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the services. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use or information that is unlawful, abusive, or unnecessarily sensitive.

Some systems intentionally lock completed records or show missed days as part of the accountability experience. Review the interface before submitting a final record.

8. iChallengei Intellectual Property

The iChallengei name, trademarks, logos, site design, writing, graphics, audio, video, software, systems, prompts, and other materials are owned by iChallengei or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for ordinary personal use of the services, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, scrape, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from those materials without written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • break the law or violate another person’s rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
  • interfere with security, availability, or normal operation;
  • introduce malicious code or automate abusive requests;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • harass, threaten, exploit, or harm another person;
  • use the services to develop or train a competing system through unauthorized extraction; or
  • circumvent access, account, or usage controls.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

Some features may rely on or link to third-party services. iChallengei does not control their terms, availability, content, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s agreement.

11. Account Deletion and Termination

You may permanently delete your account through the available account controls. After the stated warning and final confirmation, deletion is irreversible and affects connected iChallengei records. A deletion receipt may be sent to the registered email address.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the services, address unlawful or abusive conduct, or comply with law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute terms—will remain in effect.

12. Service Availability and Changes

We work to keep iChallengei reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may maintain, modify, add, suspend, or discontinue a feature. When practical, we will try to provide reasonable notice of a material change that affects account information or paid access.

13. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services and content are provided “as is” and “as available.” iChallengei disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing. We do not promise a specific result, improvement, level of performance, or outcome.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iChallengei and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold iChallengei harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the law of your location requires otherwise. Any dispute will be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights that cannot be waived.

17. Severability and Waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect and the affected provision will be enforced to the greatest lawful extent. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to do so later.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the services or legal requirements change. The revised date will appear at the top. Continued use after revised terms take effect means you accept them, except where additional notice or consent is legally required.

19. Contact
