If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, you must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 30 days from the day on which We receive the returned Merch. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Merch to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Merch were purchased in the last 14 days
- The Merch are in the original packaging
The following Merch that cannot be returned:
- The supply of Merch made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Merch which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- Hats and socks can be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Returning Merchandise
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Merch to Us. You will be prompt to complete a return form to begin the returning process.
We cannot be held responsible for Merch damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Merch or proof of received return delivery.
